Scott Hackbarth, Owner 1080 IT 

Before launching 1080 IT in January 2008, Scott was a Business Systems Manager with Ameriprise Financial.  During his 14 years with Ameriprise, Scott was a technology partner for over 500 financial advisors and top executives, providing practice management consulting, technology implementation, staff training, and daily support.  Priding himself as the non-geek’s geek, Scott’s sense of humor and ability to put complex tech terms into everyday language has made him a valuable partner to financial advisors nationwide. 

Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Computer Science from Augsburg College.  A passionate alpine skier, Scott has also coached the Eden Prairie High School Alpine Race team for the past four years.
